A new card, a new day, sadly still no witty title ...

Sorry for the long gap in posting .Time really flies when you're having fun ..... I finally got my BIG Shot! (Whew ) I have been having a whale of a time using it, having waited for soo long ;) ,I have a pile of die-cuts waiting to be used ,Iam justifing it with a "never know when I may need to make a card in a hurry".
While wandering around Blogland ,drooling over some amazing work on display ,I realised that I hadn't used my punches in a while.I pulled them out (dusted them off) and started punching away :) One of my friends is going to celebrate her anniversary soon, and I decided to make a  card for her ....*crosses fingers* hope she likes it ! Here is what I could come up with , feel free to comment

The punches I have used are EK Success Modern cube
Punch bunch Medium  pear ,small sun ,Medium Ash leaf and large snowflake

Die cuts used  Tropical flourish by Cheery Lyn and Oval doily from Die-namics

The sentiment is hand written.(Woohoo!)

I also thought I would enter it into two competitions ,its the first time ever that I am participating in a blog competition...I am soooo excited :)
